RESOLUTION NO. 110-79
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did on the 27th day of November, 1979, declare that an emergency existed
to provide additional funds for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department
in the sum of $23,358.60; and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday,
December 3, 1979, at the hour of 10:OQa.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing; and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County
Sheriff's Department the sum of $23,358.60 in unexpended funds to be used
for salaries, supplies, other services and charges, and capital outlay; and
be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the attached accounts, not exceeding the
gross amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five
days from date hereof.

publisher of the Port Townsend Leader, a weekly
newspaper which has been established, published In the
English language and circulated continuously as a wsakly
newspaper In the town of Port Townsend, In said County
and State. and for general, circulation In said county for
more than six (8) months prlor to the date of the first
publication of the Notice hereto attached, and that the
said Port Townsend Leader was on the 27th day of June,
1941, approved as a legal newspaper by the Superior Court
of said Jefferson County. and that annexed Is a true copy
of the
Affidavit of Publication
