RESOLUTION NO. 113-79
ORDER
BUDGET EXTENSION
PLANNING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, did
on the 3rd day of December, 1979, declare that an emergency existed to
provide additional funds for the Jefferson County Planning Department in
the sum of $2,257.50; and set a hearing on said emergency for Monday,
December 10, 1979, at the hour of 10:30 a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners, that
there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County Planning
Department budget the sum of $2,257.50 in unexpended funds to be used
for Professional Services; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the account, not exceeding the gross
amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five days
from date hereof.
APPROVED AND ENTERED the 10th day of December, 1979.

FRANK W. GARRED. being sworn, says he Is the
publisher of the Port Townsend Leader, a weekly
newspaper whICh has been established, published In the
English language and circulated contInuously as a weekly
newspaper In the town of Port Townsend, In said County
and State, and for general, circulation In aald county for
more than six (8) montha prior to the date of the flrat
publication of the Notice hereto attached, and that tile
said Port Townsend Leader was on the 27th day of June,
1941 , approved as a legal newspaper by the Superior Court
of said Jefferson County, and that annexed Is a true copy
of the
Resolution #Jll-79 - emergency
budget hearing.
