RESOLUTION NO. /lftJ-7/
APPROPRIATIONS - 1979 BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is evident to the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that the following budgets will have insufficient funds to
maintain themselves for the year 1979 due to emergencies which could not
have been foreseen at the time of preparing the budgets; and
WHEREAS, the following amounts are needed to maintain the below
listed budgets for 1979 and it is for the best interests of Jefferson
County that the appropriations be made;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an emergency is hereby declared,
that the below listed appropriations be made for the departments so specified:
COMMISSIONERS
511.60.35 Printing & Binding $1,001.88
NON DEPARTMENTAL
519.90.36 Bonds & Insurance $3,021.56
ELECTIONS 122
369.30 $7,700.00
RECREATION DEPARTMENT
369.30 $3,000.00
CENTRAL SERVICES
519.90.35 Xerox $4,'772.30
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on said
emergency appropriations and that said hearing be held in the County
Commissioners Chamber of Jefferson County on the 24th day of December, 1979,
at the hour of 11:00 a.m., and that notice of said hearing be published in
the official newspaper of Jefferson County and that, at said hearing any
interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against the appropri-
ation for such alleged emergencies.
