Hearing Notice
Budget Appropriation
Multi-Service Center Maintenance
WHEREAS, it is evident to the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that the following budgets will have insufficient funds to
maintain itself for the year 1979 due to emergencies which could not
have been foreseen at the time of preparing the budget;: and
WHEREAS, the following amount is needed to maintain the below
listed budget for 1979 and it is for the best interest of Jefferson County
that the appropriation be made;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that an emergency is hereby declared,
that the below lised appropriation
Historical Society
Multi-Service Center Maintenance
519.50.22 Operational Supplies $9,000.00
Equipment R & R $135,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held
be made for the department so specified:
$ 940.00
on said
emergency appropriation and that said hearing be held in the County
Commissioners' Chamber of Jefferson County on the 28th day of December, 1979,
at the hour of 11:00 a.m., and that notice of said hearing be published in
the official newspaper of Jefferson County and that, at said hearing any
interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against the appropri-
ation for such alleged emergency.

publisher 01 the Port Townsend leader, a weekly
newspaper whIch has been establtshed, publtshed In the
English language and circulated continuously as a weekly
newspaper In the town of Port Townsend, In said County
and State, and lor general, circulation In said county lor
more than six (6) months prior to the date of the IIrst
publication of the Notice hereto attached, and that the
said Port Townsend leader was on the 27th day of June,
1941, approved as a legal newspaper by the SuperIor Court
01 said Jefferson County, and that annexed Is a true copy
