RESOLUTION NO. 125-79

ORDER
APPROPRIATIONS - 1979 BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that the following budgets have insufficient funds to main-
tain themselves for the year 1979 due to emergencies which could not have
been foreseen at the time of preparing the budgets; and
WHEREAS, a hearing date was set for this date for said emergency
appropriations and notice of said hearing was published for one week in the
local newspaper as required by law; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that there be and is hereby appropriated for
immediate expenditure the following amounts:
