ORDER OF VACATION',
This matyerdltitin' o' 'be - kaeard this day upon the County `E neer' s
report with respect to the vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation
of the County Road" submitted by Washington State Parks and Recreation
Commission, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that
notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time and in the
manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being now
on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and
being fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that the
public will be benefited by the vacation thereof:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All that portion of an unnamed, unpaved county
road of undefined width running in a southeasterly
direction through Government Lot 6 of Section 21,
Government Lot 11, Section 28, and Government Lot
5, Section 27, all in Township 30 North, Range 1 West,
W.M., and as indicated in red on attached exhibit
from the Washington State Parks and Recreation
Commission meeting of August 15, 1977,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2 -76 except for
the costs of publication for hearing and recording.
