ORDER OF VACATION �a

This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Ro Engineer's
report with respect to the vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation
of the County Road" submitted by the City of Port Townsend, and it
appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing
has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided
by law, proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein,
and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully
advised in the premises does now find and determine that the public
will be benefited by the vacation thereof:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
A Section of Holman Boulevard between the existing
county road and Turner Street and adjoining alley
between lots 2, 3 and 16, 17, all existing in the
Hessian Garden Tract in the NW a of the SE ;, Section
3, Township 29N, Range 1 W.W.M.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, thatsaid petition is exempt from
compensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2 -76 except
for the costs of publication for hearing and recording.
