ORDER OF VACATION

This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Resolution No. 4 -78, Intent to Vacate" submitted
by the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to the Board of
County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published
for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting
and publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the other
evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find
and determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All that portion of the Old Coyle Road, County Road
No. 16, as replaced by the new Coyle Road, County
Road No. 16 as constructed under CRP No. 354, approved
January 8, 1973, except that portion now used as the
Whitney Road, County Road No. 16- 17.23.
Also, all that portion of the new Coyle Road, County
Road 16 between Engineering Station 699 +00 and
Engineering Station 699 +50 between 30 feet and 80
feet on the left as constructed under County Road
Project No. 354 approved January 8, 1973.
Both portions above described being in the S 3� of
the S , of the SW , of Section 27, Township 26
North, Range 1 W. W. M., Jefferson County,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
