RESOLUTION NO. I g -78
Amending Transportation Committee Resolution' No. 13.;,78
WHEREAS the Jefferson County Board of COrmlissioners adopted Resolution No.
13-78 on February 15, 1978, and
WHEREAS said resolution created and appointed members to the Jefferson
County Transportation Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS said resolution did not include the Port of Port Townsend, a County-
-wide special purpose district, and
WHEREAS the Port District is authorized by Chapter 53 of the Revised Code of
Washington to plan, construct, operate, and maintain transportation facilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 13-78 is amended to
include the participation of the Port of Port Townsend as a standing member of the
Transportation Advisory COrmlittee.
