of the County Road" submitted by Teddy J. and Judy
Port Townsend Realty, Inc., and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published
for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting
and publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the
other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does
now find and determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation
thereof:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
County road commencing at the Southwest corner
of Hayden and E Street running diagonally across
Block 2 of Phillips addition to Irondale and
ending at the Northeast corner of Perkins and Spruce
Street, a distance of .08 mile
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for
the costs of publication for hearing and recording.
