A Resolution Authorizing the Expenditure of Antirecession
Funds for the Alcoholism Outreach Program Administered
by the Forks Community Hospital
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into on the 10th day of
April, 1978, by and between Jefferson County and the Alcoholism
Outreach Program, Forks Community Hospital, to provide certain
alcoholism services to the people residing in the West-end of
Jefferson County which cannot reasonably be provided by the Jefferson
County Community Alcoholism Center because of geographical and
budgetary constrictions; and
WHEREAS, Part 52.41 (c), Subpart D of Title II of the Public
Works Employment Act of 1976, as amended by the Intergovernmental
Antirecession Assistance Act of 1977 (Title VI), authorizes the
expenditure of Antirecession Funds for costs incurred on behalf of
personnel employed in the maintenance of basic services;
THEREFORE, BE I'l' RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be and
she is hereby authorized to pay Alcholism Outreach Program, Forks
Community Hospital the amount of seven hundred fifty and 00/100
dollars ($750.00) from the unen~umbered fund balance of the Anti-
recession Fund for salaries incurred by the counselor(s) providing
alcholism services to the people residing in the West end of Jefferson
County.
