RESOLU'l'ION NO. .3'1-78'
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of the County Road" submitted
by Richard K. Call, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time and in
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being
now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and
being fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that the
public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED
THAT:
The following described road commencing at the
East-West quarter section line, approximately
660 feet in length across the S~ of the SE~ of
the NE~, Sec. 34, Township 26N, Range 2 W.W.M.
Old Dosewallips River Road No. 70,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from
compensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except
for the costs of publication for hearing and recording.
