RESOLUTION NO. ?",C).- 7fj-:
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did, on the 1st day of May, 1978, set a public hearing for Monday,
May 15, 1978 at the hour of 10:QO a..m., for the purpose of obtaining
written and oral comment from the public on the proposed use of
revenue sharing funds for a proposed budget extension in the amount
of $2,700.00 for the Recreation Department of 1978; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed~
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Recreation
Department budget the sum of $2700.00 in unexpended funds to provide
for the addition of four recreation programs; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following account, not exceeding
the gross amount so appropriated as per attached budget for an overall
total of:
$2700.00
unless a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.
APPROVED and ENTERED this 15th day of May, 1978.
