RESOLUTION NO. ~/-7~)
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Resolution No. 31-78, Intent to Vacate"
submitted by the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to
the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been
posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and
said Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised
in the premises does now find and determine that the public will be
benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That part of the Annie Christney Road (County Road No.
18-16.32) lying in the NW~ of the SE~ of Section 2,
Township 29N, Range 1 W.W.M.: The North Terminus being
the south line of 2nd Street, South Port Townsend Plat,
Volume I, Page 10, and the South Terminus being on a
line 400 feet north of the north right-of-way line of
Ness's Corner to Hadlock County Road (County Road No.4):
except that part lying within the southern extension of
"D" Street, South Port Townsend Plat, as shown on the map
for Irondale Streets, Annie ChristneyRoad relocation,
County Road Project 418-B, dated March 28, 1977 on file
at the office of the director of Public Work~:~D~Voflli~~~e(
Port Townsend, Washington.
