ORDER
REX;ARDING: PLAT ALTERATION OF CHIMACUM CREEK ESTATES
WHEREAS, the Board of Corrmissioner x;>f Jefferson County, Washington,
received on the 24th day of April, 1978, a proposed plat showing alterations
upon a copy of the existing plat and a petition for plat alteration of Chimacum
Creek Estates with signatures attached representing IrOre than three-fourths in
numl::er and area of the owners for which plat alteration is petitioned, and
required by ROW 58.12.101; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said petition, the date of June 12, 1978,
was fixed for the hearing, and all the owners of property not joining in the
petition were notified of the hearing in the manner provided by RCW 58.12,
stating by whom and when said petition was filed, the object thereof and when
and where the same will be heard; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and date set for the hearing of said
peti tion and the Board of County Corrmissioners has inquired into and detennined
the merits of the proposed change, Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Plat of Chimacum Creek Estate is
al tered to reflect that the drainage easement denoted as 20.00 feet in width
lying between lot 22 and lot 23 is now eradicated, and is replaced with bM:>
separate dry well easements on the eastern boundary of said lots; further;
to reflect that the walkway easement denoted 10.00 feet in width between lot 6
and lot 7 is now eradicated and replaced with a ten (10) foot wide corrmon
area to becane part and parcel of the of the Green Belt and Recreation Area
as shown on said plat.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plat of Chimacum Creek Estates, so
adjudicated and approved, shall be filed in the County Auditor's Office, showing
the lines of the original and adjudicated plat.
