RESOLUTION NO. 51-79
INTENT TO ESTABLISH A COUNTY ROAD
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of
County Commissioners that it is in the public interest to establish
as a part of the County Road System:
Termini: The existing road service as access to the Hadlock
Solid Waste Disposal Station within the SW~ of the NE\, Sec.
11, T 29 N RIW at its intersection with County Road 18, thence
continuing to its intersection with the northern termini of
the Second Street of Elkins Addition, shown on exhibit map
now on file at the office of the Jefferson ~ounty Public
Works Department.
and in contemplation-of the language of the statute RCW 36.81.010,
the same is a public necessity, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does
now declare its intention to establish said road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby
directed to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether
this County Road should be established; whether it will be advisable
to preserve said road for the County Road System in the future;
whether the public will be benefited by the proposed establishment,
and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance
to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon as possible.
ADOPTED this q+4 day of August, 1978.
