RESOLUTION NO.~ -78
WHEREAS, the plat of Snow Creek Ranch was filed wi.th Jefferson County on
September 7, 1962, and Lot 117 was dedicated as community property for use as
an airport; and
WHEREAS, Lot 117 was not needed as a cOrmlunity property facility and the
developer gained deeded rights to Lot 111 from all contract purchasers and
property owners in 1966, and removed Lot 117 from the private restrictive coven-
ants as community property; and
WHEREAS, the remaining community property exceeds ten (IO) percent of the
total gross area of Snow Creek Ranch as prescribed in the Jefferson County
Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the proposed vacation of Lot 117 from community property status
has been reviewed in compliance with R.C.W. 58.12, the 1903 Alteration and
Vacation Plat Act; and
WHEREAS, the public's health, safety, and general welfare will not be
adversely affected by the vacation of Lot 117 from community property status.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Lot 117 of the plat of Snow Creek Ranch
be vacated as dedicated community property and this resolution of vacation be
noted on the plat of Snow Creek Ranch.
