to "Resolution No. 59-78, Intent to Estal;>lish A County Road", submitted by
the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and P?blished for the
time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publi-
cation being now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence
adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find and deter-
mine that the public will be benefited by the establishment as a part of
the County Road System:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED THAT:
The following described road beginning at the
Northern terminus of Second Street in Elkins
Addition and ending at the existing access on
County Road No. 18, to the Hadlock Solid Waste
Disposal Station:
Beginning at the Northern terminus of Second
Street, thence N 010 28' 33" W a distance of
119.07 ft.; thence N 570 46' 11" W a distance
of 54.51 ft.; thence N 250 48' 52" W a dis-
tance of 211.42 ft.; thence N 470 48' 53" W
a distance of 211.77 ft.; thence N 250 24'
41" W a distance of 257.70 ft.; thence N 130
58' 58" W a distance of 250.42 ft.; thence N
190 59' 28" W a distance of 185.89 ft.;
thence N 340 04' 02" W a distance of 211.71ft.
thence N 890 31' 41" W a distance of 417.94ft.
thence S 230 17' 54" W a distance of 143.18ft.
thence S 770 26' 49" W a distance of 305.42ft.
thence N 690 49' 55" W a distan.ce of 600 ft.
more or less to the Easterly right of way line
of County Road 18, and with a width of 80 ft.
being 40 ft. on either side of the above de-
scribed centerline; all within the NE~ of
Section 11, Township 29 N, Range 1W WM,
be and the same are hereby established.
