of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and
published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such
posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board having
the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises
does now find and determine that the public will be benefited by the
vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
A 16 FOOT ALLEY IN BLOCK 6, PHILLIPS ADDITION TO IRONDALE,
VOL, 2 P 130, COMMENCING AT THE EAST LINE OF PINE STREET
RUNNING EAST TO THE WEST LINE OF SPRUCE STREET, APPROXIMATELY
244 FEET IN LENGTH, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for
the costs of publication for hearing and recording.
