RESOLUTION NO. 7 9- 7 g
WHEREAS, The State Depari:m2nt of Social & Health services has made an
advance payment to Jefferson County of $16,830.00 in order to acca:nplish
t.inely payment of billings for Mental Health-Drug Abuse, Alcoholism and
Developnental Disabilities, the breakdCMIl of funds as follows:
Developnental Disabilities - 6,301.00
Mental Health-Drug Abuse.... 7,196.00
Alcoholism 3,333.00
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Jefferson County Board of Ccmnissioners
hereby requests the Jefferson County Treasurer to establish a Special Revenue
account ti tied "CCMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES ADVANCE FUND." warrants will not be
paid fran this account, h~ver, transfers will be made fran this fund to the
Mental Health-Drug Abuse Fund, the Bayshore Special Fund (Developnental Disabilities)
and the Alcoholism Fund, upon request by m:morandum fran Ella Sandvig, Office
Manager, Cannunity Counseling service, such requests to be for no rrore than one.,..
twelfth of the yearly grant for that particular program. The State will continue
to pay billings for each of these programs as before, however, the payment will go
into the "CCMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES ADVANCE FUND" to reimburse the fund for advance
payments to the Mental Health-Drug Abuse, Bayshore Special, and Alcoholism Funds.
