RESOLUTION NO. 86-78
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did, on the 23rd day of October, 1978, declare that an emer-
gency existed to provide additional funds for the Jefferson County Health
Department in the sum of $12,695.00; and set a hearing on said emergency
for Monday, November 6, 1978, at the hour of 10:30 A.M.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in the
local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing, and
no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Jefferson County
Health Department budget for 1978, the sum of $5,195.00 from the unencum-
bered fund balance of Health Department account No. 501., to be used for
salaries for annual leave and compensatory time; and in the amount of
$7,500.00, to be reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid and private individuals
for services provided by the Jefferson County Health Department to the
Home Health Care Program, and to be used for salaries, supplies and equip-
ment for the said Home Health Care Program, as per attachment; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the attached accounts, not exceeding
the gross amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five
days from date hereof.
