RESOLUTION N .
WHEREAS, by County Con'tract No
778 for
real property was purchased from Jeffe
WHEREAS, said Contract include a reservation for right-of-way
easement for all public highways which may be constructed by the ,authority
of the Board of County Commissioners 0 Jefferson County; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has 0 plans for construction of a
highway on said property and there is 0 foreseeable need of that property
for highway purposes, and with no fore eeable need of the property for
highway purposes the easement has no v lue to Jefferson County;
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby re olved that Jeff~rson County shall
convey by Quit Claim Deed its easement for highway purposes over and
across the real property described bel w to Delhur, Inc., a Washington
corporation:
