RESOLUTION NO. 90-7g
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did, on the 28th day of November, 1978, declare that an
emergency existed to provide additional funds for the Maintenance Depart-
ment's budget for the Multi-Services Centers in the sum of $3,188.00; and
set a hearing on said emergency for Monday, December 4, 1978, at the hour
of lO:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the
Multi-Services Centers Maintenance Department budget for 1978, the sum of
$2,180.00 from the unencumbered fund balance of Current Expense account
No. 501, and the sum of $1,008.00 to be reimbursed by Federal funds from
Area I CETA Center, to be used for salaries and benefits as per attachment;
and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the attached accounts, not exceeding
the gross amount so appropriated unless a review is applied for within five
days from date hereof.
