RESOLUTION NO.
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the
report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Resolution No. 61-78, Intent to Vaca~e" submitted
by the ,Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to the Board of
County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published
for ,the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and
publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the other
evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find
and determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That portion of the old location of
County Road No. 70 in the SW~ of the
NE~ of Section 34, T.26N., R.2W.
lying outside the present right of
way of the Raod No. 70, as construc-
ted under County Road Project No.186,
May 18, 1959, on a 100-00' curve to
the left at approximately Engineer's
Station 55+00 to 56+00.

vacated and abondoned.
