RESOLUTION NO. 92-78
Coastal Zone Management
Contract #G79-016B
Amendment #1
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has entered into contract No. G-79-061B
with the Washington State Department of Ecology; and
WHBREAS, Jefferson County wishes to amend Element II of Appendix A,
"Scope of Services"; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find it necessary and
practical to update the Shoreline Management Master Program for Jefferson
County and Port Townsend; and
WHEREAS, said Master Program update will be facilitated by the
advent of the Washington State Coastal Zone Atlas for Jefferson County
prepared by the Washington State Department of Ecology; and
WHEREAS, said atlas will assist Jefferson County in its evaluation
of the Master Program and also provide the framework for the development
of an "aquatic shoreline designation" for said Master Program,
THEREFORE, BE I'l' RESOLVED, that "Appendix A" of said contract shall
be amended to read as follows:
