BUDGET TRANSFER -- PLANNING DEPARTMENT
1978 BUDGET
WHEREAS, Jefferson County entered into a contract with Northwest
Environmental Consultants, Inc. for the purpose of evaluating the Northern
Tier Pipeline Project; and
WHEREAS, the 1978 Planning Department budget did not reflect a
category for professional services; and
WHEREAS, Northwest Environmental Consultants, Inc. has pres.ented
an authorized bill to Jeffers.on County for services performed in 1978; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds left unexpended in the 1978
Planning Department budget; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to make the transfer as follows:
