The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
Jefferson County has determined a wetland to be present on your property based on the site visit to
your property on February 17, 2022 by Wetland Specialist, Donna Frostholm and Carter Erickson.
Please submit a wetland delineation report prepared by a qualified professional based on Jefferson
County Code (JCC) 18.22.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days
of the date of this letter which would be 5/30/2022. Please call 360-379-4454 to speak with the
assigned planner if you have any questions.
