ANALYSIS/STRATEGIC GOALS/PRO'S and CON'S: The purpose of this agreement is to provide public health services to the people of Washington State. This Amendment formalizes the notification of the COVID-19 Mass Vaccination FEMA end date change from April 1, 2022 to July 1, 2022 and updates funding for activities to improve immunization coverage rates (additional $5,600). FISCAL IMPACT/COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Total consideration for this Contract Amendment is $5,600, increasing the total to $2,561,370. The Consolidated Contract is funded by DOH, and comprises both Federal and State funds.
