The following information is needed to continue review of your project. STORMWATER: Please submit a Stormwater Calculation Worksheet. Based on a preliminary review of your site plan, this project likely qualifies as a Small Stormwater Project. If you project creates less than 2,000 square feet of new impervious surface, please complete the Small Stormwater Packet, including the Stormwater Calculation worksheet, available at the link below: https://www.co.jefferson.wa.us/DocumentCenter/View/7382/Small-Stormwater-Packet_Combined Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be Thursday, October 27, 2022. Stormwater calculation is required for all building permits in Jefferson County. For this case, we will be using the form to confirm that this project will not disturbing land or creating new impervious surface. On the form, you can report 0 square feet for new impervious surface and land clearing. Thank you for your time.
