JTA wants to ensure that written comments easily accessed public information.
If written public comments arrive before the day of the meeting, I will email them to you and attach them to the agenda. I won’t read these during the meeting because they are available
to view beforehand.
If comments arrive on the day of the meeting, I will email them to you and add them to the minutes. I can also read these during the meeting if you prefer.
I am open to suggestions on this change.
