If you enjoy walking, come out and walk with volkswalkers from around the region on Aug 19-21 (Fri-Sun).

You can sign up and get the directions and maps at The Bridge Deck near the Beach Club, 121 Marine View Dr. The registration table will be open 8am-11am all three days, Aug 19-21.
Participation is FREE
You can walk the trails at your own pace any time during daylight hours. The routes will be marked with ribbons and arrows Friday through Sunday. (Please don't disturb the markers if
you see them. They will be removed after the event.)

There are three trails this year:
TEAL LAKE/NIBLICKS TRAIL:
This route has a 6K (4 miles) and 10K (6.3 miles) option using the Teal Lake Loop and part of the Olympic Terrace Loop.
The 10K also uses the DNR trails and part of the Niblicks Trail around the golf course. We'll be walking by Dusty Green Cafe, so you can plan a lunch break there.
TIMBERTON/BAY TRAIL:
This route has a 5K (3 miles) and 10K (6.3 miles) option. Route starts at The Bay Club parking lot and uses parts of the Around the Bay Trail and (on the 10K option) the Timberton Loop.
ANDERSON LAKE STATE PARK TRAIL:
This route has a 5K and 10K option and is entirely within the state park (near Port Hadlock).
