WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney`s'dfice has in its possession
Stenocord dictating equipment approximately twenty -five years old.
WHEREAS, the dictating equipment is not being used by the
Prosecuting Attorney and therefore should be sold.
WHEREAS, a purchaser has been found to purchase the dictating
equipment.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Stenocord
dictating equipment be sold at its fair market value for not less than
TWENTY -FIVE Dollars ($25). The funds received from the sale of the
dictating equipment shall be deposited into the current expense fund
as revenue from the Prosecuting Attorney's office.
