WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County
that the County Treasurer is now carrying on the books of her office a special account in
the amount of twelve thousand, seven hundred and fifty three dollars and eighty seven
cents, under the heading of County Park Reserve Fund; and
WHEREAS, said account was set up in error without authorization by resolution
by the Board of County Commissioners;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and the Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized
and empowered to strike from the accounts of her office the following so- called fund:
County Park Reserve Fund
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and the Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized and
empowered to transfer from said County Park Reserve Fund to the Current Expense Fund
under County Parks, 533 -20 -60 Capital Outlay, the sum of $12,753.87; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor shall adjust her books to con-
form to the foregoing.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10th day of March, 1975.
