RESOLUTION NO..2, -Ia"'
WHEREAS, of ter due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is not in the interest of Jefferson County to have the following
described real estate platted:
Lots 1 through 3 of Block 4 and Lots 8 through
24 in Block 2 and Cliffdale Drive, all located
within the Plat of Hiddendale Tracts Addition,
in Section 27, Township 27 North, Range 2
West, W.M.
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now declare
its intent to vacate said lots and road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to
examine said plat and road and report his opinion as to whether this real estate should
be vacated; whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof, and all
other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board, and that such
report be filed as soon as practicable.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 24th day of March, 1975.
