OVERPAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES
~rHEREAS, Timber Traders, Inc., Pos't Office Box 487, Mercer Island,
Washington 98040, has submitted a claim for refund for overpayment of 'taxes
(a copy of which is attached), and
IAfHEREAS, 'the claim complies with 'the statutory requirements se'/ out
in RCW 84.6'9, and
~NHEREAS, the said claim has been reviewed and approved by 'the
Jefferson County Assessor and 'the Jefferson County Treasurer;
NO~,r, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the amount of THREE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETy.,THREE and 26/100 Dollars ($3,793.26)
be refunded to Timber Traders, Inc., for overpayment of property taxes on
tha't property described in 'the attached claim for 'the years 1972 and 1973.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, 'that the Treasurer be and she is hereby
authorized 'to make refund in 'the above-designated amount.
