IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COI~ISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve 1.15 miles of the Black Point Road with
light bituminus surface treatment, and screened gravel surfacing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county- road purpose
there is hereby' appropriated sums in the following detail:

necessitb., and the Count2.' Road Engineer zs HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by' law' provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that 'this purpose be performed by day labor
accordance with State of' Washington Standard Specifications for Road and
Bridge Construction as adopted by th~s Board.
