~THEREA S, it has been brought to the attention of 'the Board of
County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, that in order 'to
conduct the affairs of 'the County Clerk in a prompt and orderly manner
it appears necessary that a REVOLVING FUND be established 'in 'the amount
of fifty dollars ($50.00), and
WHEREAS, such authority was not included in the Budget of Jefferson
County for calendar 1975, and
V~fHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists, which could not have been
reasonably foreseen at the time of the adoption of said budget,
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, that the aforementioned facts constitute
an emergency, and the tha't:the'estimated amoant of funds to be appropriated to
meet snch emergency is fiftk dollars ($50.00);
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and there be and hereby is appropia/ed and
chargeable to the County Clerk, Cu~ect Expense Fund said sum of fifty ($50.00);
BE IT FURTHER ~SOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to meet
needs, this ~resolution shall be in force and 'take effect wilhout further notice
or hearing.
