IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY C~ISSIONERS that it is
their intention to Construct a bituminous surface treatment on certain
County Roads in Eastern Jefferson County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregolng proper county road purpose
there is hereby' appropriated sums in the following detail:
