IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY C0I4IISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve the Alder, Dowans, Rock and Tower Creek Bridges
and approaches by paving with Class "F" Asphalt Concrete.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

Right of Way
Items of Work:
Day Labor
Contract
Construction Engineering
Total
$ 30,000.00

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the Count; Road Engineer �.s HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Contract in
accordance with State of Washington Standard Specifications for Road and
Bridge Construction as adopted by th s Board.
