BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COriri_SSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON
In the matter of the Old Fort Road, } Resolutioii to improve by
County Road No. 4 -9.84 ) widening

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve 0.7 mile of the Old Fort Road by grading,
draining and surfacing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail,
ALLOCATIONS: Road Funds Previous Total
Location Engineering $ 1,000.00 $ $ 1.000.00
Right of Way 3,000.00 , 31000.00
Items of Work:
Day Labor 15,000.00 15,000.00
Contract
Construction Engineering 11000.00 1,000.00
Total $ 20,000.00 20,000.00
The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessit and the County Road Engineer -s HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in
accordance with State of Washington Standard Specifications for Road and
Bridge Construction as adopted by th s Board.
