Pleasant Tides access Road.lio. 62 -1.12
LdHEREAS, This Board desires to provide an adequate access for the property
owners in the Pleasant Tides Plat and simultaneously easing; the traffic congestion
on County Road No. 2 -1.12 and
WTIEREAS, the landowners along county road no. 62 -L 12 constructed this -road
for their own benefit,
wEaREAS, Jefferson County declared this road to be a county, road by- virtue
of its public usage, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County promised the adjacent landowners that existing
road. 62 -1.12 would be abandoned and vacated as soon as a replacement road was
constructed, and
WHEREAS, the replacement road No. 63 has been constructed and is in service,
and
dHEREAS, all of the landowners adjacent to County Road No. 62 -1.12 will
benefit by the closing of this road,
Ngd, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved treat:
Existing county road no. 62 -1.12 be severed at its northern terminus at the
Pleasant `rides Plat line and that adequate signs be erected explaining the
traffic conditions, this action being preliminary to actual vacation in the future.
