RESOLUTION NO. -121, �"✓
[A Resolution establishing a special warrant account, to be designated
the 1975 Tax Refund Cost Fund.]
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Carudssioners, by Resolution
No. 47 -75, authorized funding the expense of the taxpayers refund from the current
expense fund and ordered that a public hearing be held regarding this appropriation,

WHEREAS, a hearing on the said appropriation was held on this date,
August 11, 1975, and it appearing in the interests of the citizens of Jefferson
County that such refund be funded out of the Current Expense Fund;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the County Treasurer is authorized to transfer
the amount of FOURTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY and 00/100 Dollars($14,780.00)
to
from the Current Expense Fund/a new account entitled the 1975 Tax Refund Cost
Fluid. The said refund fund shall be used solely for the purpose of paying the costs
incurred in irplementing the intent of Resolution No. 43 -75.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that on conpletion of the work required to inplement
the intent of Resolution No. 43 -75 the County Treasurer shall establish the actual
amounts expended for that work and shall pro-rate that expense among the various
taxing districts. The expense manies collected from the various taxing districts, for
their respective portion of the cost of implementing Resolution No. 43 -75, shall be
placed in the 1975 Tax Refund Cost Fund, and those monies along with any balance
remaining in the said refund fund shall be transferred to the Current Expense Fund.
