IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COI44ISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve the Shine County Road by grading, draining
and surfacing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

accordance with State of Washington Standard Specifications for Road and
