In the matter of the Black Point Road,) Resolution to improve by surfacing

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve 0.43 miles of the Blackpoint Road, Pleasant
Tides Section, with Light Bituminous surface treatment and screened
gravel surfacing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessit and the Count; Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by nay Tabor in
accordance with State of Washington Standard Specifications for Road and
Bridge Construction as adopted by this Board.
