INTENT TO VACATE
WHEREAS, after due consideration, i't appears to this Board
of County Conm~issioners that it is not in the public interest to
continue to maintain; as a part of the County Road System:
That portion of Market Street lying between Lots
4 and 5 of Block 7, and Lots 5 and 6 of Block 6
within the Plat known as Harrisburg Supplement in
Irondale,
and in contemplation of the language of the sta'hute RCW 36.
$7.010, the same is useless, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Conmtissioners does
now declare its intention to vacate and abandon said road, and be it
FURTBER RESOLVED, and -the County Road Engineer is hereby
directed to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether
this county road should be vacated and abandoned; whether any is in
use or has been in use; the condition thereof, and' whether it will
be advisable to preserve said road for the County Road System in the
future; whether the public will be benefited by the proposed aban-
donment, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of
importance to the Board; and that suc~t report be filed as soon as
possible.
