WHEREAS, the Board of Con~Lissioners, Jefferson County, Wash-
ington, and David A. Johnston A.I.A. entered into agreement, dated
July 29, 1975, whereby the said architect would provide certain
professional services related to the remodeling and additions to the
Jefferson County Community Center located at Quilcene, and
WHEREAS, 'the said architect has con%menced performance of the
services, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 50-74 and Resolution No. 55-74
certain Federal Revenue Sharing funds were transferred to a Building
Construction Pund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED, tha't the County Auditor be
and is hereby authorized to pay David A. Johnston A.I.A. for services
performed under said agreement with the County based on itemized bill-
ings approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
