Resolution No. 7-75 at 'their regular meeting held on the 10th day of
February, 1975, authorizing application to the Interagency Committee
Pot Outdoor Recreation (IAC) for All-Terrain Vehicle funds for the
planning, acquisition, development, and management of ATV 'trails and
areas as provided in the 1972 All-Terrain Vehicle Act (RCW 46..09), and
WHEREAS, ATV funds were appropriated to Jefferson County by
-~he IAC 'to be utilized for ATV-related purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Soard of County Conm-~issioners considers it in 'the
best public interest to provide for the needs of ATV users within the
county's jurisdiction} and
WHEREAS, said Board entered in-~o Agreement with Roger D. Lovitt
and Associates on the iith day of August, 1975, authorizing e×pendi--
tures in nl~e amount of Four Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($4,000.00)
for the preparation of the county's All--Terrain Vehicle Action Plan
in compliance with the Guidelines for ATV funds established by the
IAC}
NOW, =' ~"- ........ ~ .....BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson
County Commissioners, that the Auditor be and is hereby authorized to
draw her warrants on the ATV Fund, not exceeding the amount of Four
Thousand and 00/100 Dollars for payment to Roger D. Lovitt for
services performed under said agreement with the county.
