WHEREAS, the jefferson-Port Townsend Regional Council has
entered into a grant contract with the State Office of Connnunity
Development to evaluate probable local impacts from the U.S. Navy's
Trident Submarine Base, and
WHEREAS, the management of said grant and coInpletion of said
project now requires 'the Jefferson-Port Townsend Regional Council to
adopt a budget for 'the calendar years 1975 and 1976, and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson-Port Townsend Regional Council has
requested a loan in the amount of $2,400.00 from jefferson County to
supplement the 1975 budget, and
WHEZEAS, such loan funds will be repaid to Jefferson County
from the 1976 Jefferson-Port Townsend Regional Council Budget,
NOW THEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County ConLmis-
sioners of Jefferson Coun'ty that the Jefferson County Treasurer be
ar'.d is hereby authorized to transfer the amount of $2,400.00 from the
Current Expense Fund to the account of 'the Jefferson-Port Townsend
Regional Council
