ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did by Resolution No. 65-75, adopted on the 14th day of Octobe~ 197~
declare that an emergency existed to provide additional funds for the
Sheriff's Department in the sum of $6,000.00; and set a hearing on
said emergency for October 27, 1975, at the hour of 10:00a.m., and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the County Sheriff's
Department the sum of $6,000.00 in unexpended funds'to provide for
operation and maintenance; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts,, not exceed-
ing the gross amounts so appropriated to wit:
22.009 Gas, Oil, & Tires $3,500.00
38.001 Vehicle Maintenance $2,500.00
unless a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.
APPROVED and ENTERED this 27th day of October, 1975.
