ORDER
WHEPEEAS, the Board of County Con~issioners, Jefferson County,
did by Resolution No. 66-75, adopted on the 14th day of October, 1975,
declare that an emergency existed to provide additional funds for the
Planning Department in the sum of $12,000.00 which will be reimbursed
by the Department of Ecology; and set a hearing on said emergency
for October 27, 1975, at the hour of 10:00a.m., and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being 'the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the County Plan-
ning Department the sum of $12,000.00 in unexpended funds to provide
for professional services; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following account, not exceed-
ing the gross amount so appropriated to wit:
31.003 Professional Services $12,000.00
unless a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.
